Your corporate customers can easily add their own employees to the system or upload them using a pre-made Excel template.

You can set limits for flights, hotels, and transfers for employees, and even define exceptions. This allows each employee to make purchases based on their own defined terms and standards.

Employee approvals can also be assigned to their immediate superiors. If an unauthorized service is required during a purchase, or if all purchases are sent for approval, the system automatically processes the purchase.

All processes can be reported and tracked within the Arkman Online Portal.

You can also provide reports to your corporate customers using the Get Report screen within the NEXT Arkman system. You can enable them to retrieve their own post-sale invoice details and current statements.
