At the core of our system is a core structure. We connect your suppliers (airlines, GDSs, consolidators, hotel systems, transfer systems, car rental systems, and insurance systems) to this structure via API. We also connect the NEXT Arkman system and the payment systems of your partner banks (i.e., your virtual POS terminals) to this structure. This creates a rich core structure.

What's Included?

1. Admin Panel: You can make sales by opening a new customer accounting card or selecting from existing customers and entering your service fee directly on the screen. Sales are made from your supplier, and accounting records are generated instantly. You can also view reports and review their content on this screen for all sales (from your customers, your customers, and your website).

2. B2B Panel: You can now provide your sub-agents with a screen. You can require credit card sales, or set a credit limit and allow them to sell on an open account. Your agent can then request their own progress payments and, using this screen, monitor their sales, audit their content, and generate reports.

3. Corporate Panel: This is the screen that opens to your corporate customers. From this screen, your corporate customer can enter their own employee list into the system or upload it via Excel. They can define rule sets (for example, blue-collar employees can buy a 1,000 TL flight ticket, but white-collar employees can buy unlimited tickets). They can assign employees to these rules and directly control costs. Furthermore, if a purchase request that doesn't comply with the rules is submitted to their internal manager for approval, and if approved, the sale is made. The system also records THY Corp Code content, ensuring competitive prices during flight searches. Just like B2B, credit limit checks and credit card purchases can be implemented. The company can track all its purchases on the screen.

4. Web Site: This service is for online credit card sales directly from your website. The system first creates a pre-booking, then collects the credit card payment. If there are no problems with the collection, the pre-booking is converted into a real sale. All of these sales are automatically processed in your accounting system, NEXT Arkman. This eliminates the additional accounting workload for large sales. At Arkman Software, we provide you with one of our standard themes.

5. API: Your sub-agents may also want to create their own websites. In this case, since they purchase products from you, they may request an API to connect them to their sites. You can also offer this service with this system. Arkman Software provides technical development consulting and documentation for your sub-agent. There are no additional personnel costs.

Or, you can use this API layer to develop your own website designs and create customized designs. Arkman Software can provide direct infrastructure support, eliminating the need to write supplier and accounting layers and incur costs for each update. You can also develop your own custom mobile app with the API.
